here is my first, slightly deflated attempt at biscotti.
I know, the lighting was awful…maybe I can get a better one tommorrow afternoon. They are really tasty though, I think I’m going to try to make a vanilla bean-ish tasting kind. Chocolate chunk would be good too. Biscotti Recipe; I dipped the ends in chocolate, rolled them in nuts or sprinkles. They look really good drizzled in chocolate. Next time I think I’ll make the “loaves” thicker… make them a bit more hearty; maybe I won’t have to use the grill in lieu of misplaced cooling racks. I think I’m going to try my hand at truffles next.
